Satisfy your hunger for hot house music with the Late Night Munchies when DJ Fatcat is working the decks live from Queens New York

On the fifteenth of April 1977 Mic Gonzalez was born in New York, the great city made by its residents. In 2000 Mic started mixing highly influenced by what he experienced in the NYC clubs. The drums, live instruments and vocals in house were the reasons why he in fell in love with this sound that brings so much soul to the table. In particular one spot, which he used to visit religiously got him started in house music. It had two floors where different genres were played. In the basement the booth was level to the dance floor providing Mic with the opportunity to see the DJs and the equipment they were working. From there on it was listen, watch and learn.

Mic started mixing the vinyl mixing from tune to tune. With the gaining more experience DJ Fatcat started having more fun with the decks, mixing the tunes creating a deeper dimension in the tracks. He likes most genres and thus plays anything at any given time as long as it sounds hot. DJ Fatcat plays out of love for the art and music. He played lounges and small spots through out NYC. One of his precious memories is his very first gig as he experienced for the first time that there is nothing like ripping a set to a crazy crowd. DJ Fatcat admires originators as dr Martin Luther King, Larry Levan, Louie Vega and Russel Simmons who know what they want and do what it takes to turn their vision into reality. For fun he plays the congas and he is currently learning how to produce house so watch out for the explosion.
