Help! I cannot log into the new site

If you cannot log into the site and/or the chat, please clean your cookies. No not eat the cookies, they dont taste well. That's why we clean them out so we can have fresh new tastie ones.

You need to clean cookies in two places, on the macromedia website and in the browser itself.

A tip upfront when you click on the following links or buttons keep in mind the pc needs sometimes a minute to load or do stuff.

There are multiple locations where cookies are saved. For the Pre Party Radio website especially when you are a chatroom visitor you always have at least 2 locations where cookies are saved through the browser you use and through the macromedia website.

step 1: To delete flash cookies

Please click on this link to go to the macromedia website. After you clicked the link please close all Pre Party Radio windows.
On that site at the top right on the white background a box opens called adobe flash player settings manager, in the tab website storage settings.
At the bottom of the box is another box with visited websites. In that list you can select prepartyradio and then click on the delete website button.
You can also choose delete all sites (it's good to do that once a while)

step:2: To clean your cookies in internet explorer and/or mozilla firefox

To clean your cookies in internet explorer (ie)
Watch out: Cleaning cookies in ie will clean all your browsing history from all the sites you visited with ie.

Go at the top of ie and click on tools or extra (just left of help) and then from the menu select delete browsing history.
You can also hit control, shift and delete at the same time.
This opens a new box where you see different boxes you can check or uncheck
To clean everything out you need to have all the boxes checked.
Hit the delete button.
After that a little window might open quick or longer depending on how much stuff it has to delete aka how much sites you have visited since the last time you cleaned your cookies. If you cleaned them just a minute ago the time is so short the new window doesn't even pop up.

If at any time the deleting takes too long and looks stuck hit the cancel button. When it doesn't react to that, you know it got stuck. No panic. In a way that was probably a sign it was high time to clean it up so its extra good of you that you are taking the effort. Reboot your pc. And then go back to your internetexplorer and click on tools and then browsing history again. Check and delete them one by one.

Watch out: Cleaning cookies in ff will clean all your browsing history from all the sites you visited with ff.

At the top of ff click on tools or extra then from the menu select clear private data or delete browsing history.
You can also hit control, shift and delete at the same time.
A new box pops up select all and check all the boxes and then hit the delete button.
